POSITION OBJECTIVES:
 To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Information Management System.
 To provide reporting support to the management in a timely manner

 

INTENT: 
The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by staff in this role. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
 Experience in IT field as Systems / Data Analyst
 Deep knowledge of Information Management System
 Strong Excel skills
 Good communication skills
 Native level of Japanese and fluent English

 

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Provide data analysis and reporting support to the management 
 Develop new report form
 Ad-hoc MIC requests
 Process and procedures documentation
 Collect information to analyse and evaluate existing system (Baan System)
 Provide solutions for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement
 Install, configure, troubleshooting, maintain and upgrade operating systems
 Comply with company policies and procedures
